The MMC uses Cheqroom to manage its assets and reservations for both equipment and lab spaces. Students and faculty interested in reserving at the MMC should sign up for Cheqroom using their Morehouse account information via SSO on their website or via their mobile app, available on both iOS and Android devices. The Cheqroom app can also be found as a shortcut in your Morehouse my portal.

The MMC gear cage is open from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, and from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM1 on Fridays.

Hours are subject to change and are reflected in the reservation software, Cheqroom.

Students must complete training to access specialized equipment. Training can be obtained through a multimedia production class, attending the associated workshop, or by demonstrating proficiency to the MMC director.

Only the director can authorize access to center equipment.
