Your Gift = Real Impact
Your investment in the MMC transcends funding a physical space; it secures a global benchmark for creative excellence where Men of Morehouse master the technical expertise required to lead and disrupt the global media landscape.
What You’re supporting
This investment ensures that Morehouse Men are not just consumers of media, but the trained creators and leaders who will define the next era of digital innovation.

Since its inception, the MMC has moved from planning to a high-functioning reality, evidenced by data from our Cheqroom asset management system and student outcomes:
Asset Stewardship: We currently manage a high-value inventory of 238+ professional-grade items available for student and faculty use.
Economic Empowerment: Through the 8thirty Media Group, students have already earned over $1,200 in professional freelance fees since April 2025.
Institutional Visibility: Content produced using MMC resources facilitated high-quality coverage for Morehouse Football that garnered millions of views and over 5,000 new followers.
Student Testimony: One student noted that the MMC eliminates "stress and worry" by providing the "top of the line gear" necessary to perform at the highest possible level.
-
The MMC serves as a "living classroom" through pillar programs that provide "active learning" opportunities outside standard coursework:

To ensure the MMC remains cutting-edge and avoids the "resource silos" of the past, the endowment will support a diversified funding ecosystem:
The Future-Proof Cycle: Establishing a 3-5 year depreciation schedule for cameras and computers to ensure students always train on industry-standard technology.
The Usage Fund: A percentage of funding allocated strictly for immediate repairs and fast-moving consumables (cables, batteries, etc.) to reduce equipment downtime.
Institutionalized Leadership: Securing the Inaugural Director position to oversee asset stewardship, operational continuity, and strategic growth.
